❥ PAYMENT
• The prices on this site are based on USD.
• MYR pricing rate is as followed; 1USD = RM3.5 (For locals only)
• Commercial rate is 50% additional fee of the total payment.
• Payment invoice/request will be sent to you.
• Only send payment after I have accepted your commission.1. Additional Fee
• Additional fee will be added depending on the complexity and details of the client's character.
• I may reject your commission order if it's too difficult for me to work on.
• Setting a deadline will cost extra.
• Free revision is given twice only, each revision charge is USD15.2. Refund and Cancellation
• Client can only cancel the order before the sketch is given or before it is your turn.
• I have the full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation. Full refund will be given, but I will not cover for extra fee (paypal payment fee, etc)
• Client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is cancelled/refunded during the work process.
❥ WORK PROCESS
• Please refrain from rushing the process. Clients are expected to remain patient throughout the commission period.
• Commissions are not completed in strict order; I work on them based on workflow and suitability at the time.
• If any errors are noticed during the sketch stage, please inform me promptly so they can be corrected. No changes will be accepted after sketch approval; any additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• I reserve the right to decline revision or correction requests.
• Requests to change character(s) after the commission has begun will not be accommodated. If such changes are requested, additional fees will apply.
• Clients may request work-in-progress updates at any time. Keep in mind that no modifications are allowed at this stage.
❥ COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSION
• As the artist, I (DumplingYumYum) have the full right to the commissioned artwork.
• All commissioned work are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The client may NOT:
• redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.
• under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
• claim credit towards ownership of the commissioned artwork.
• edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.
• Explicitly use the artwork, or any part of it, may not be used to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• For commercial work, please email me.
• Client may repost artwork on any other site only with credit.
• Client must credit me at all times (DumplingYumYum) for any commissioned artwork.
• It is the client's responsibility to save all artwork as I clear out my download links frequently.
