• I accept USD/MYR payment method through Paypal/Wise/Stripe/Bank in (locals only).

• MYR pricing rate is as followed; 1USD = RM1.5 (For locals only)

• Payment invoice/request will be sent to you.

• Only send payment after I have accepted your commission.

• Payment needs to be sent within 10 days. Failure to do so will result in your commission being cancelled.

• I will only work after I received the payment.

• Please only pay after we’ve discussed the price and when the payment invoice/request is sent. Any payment done before this will be accepted as donation.

• Additional fee will be added depending on the complexity and details of the client's character.

• I may reject your commission order if it's too difficult for me to work on.

• Setting a deadline will cost extra. The sooner it is, the higher the deadline fee.

• Free revision is given twice only, each revision charge is USD15.

• Client can only cancel the order before the sketch is given or before it is your turn.

• I have the full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation. Full refund will be given, but I will not cover for extra fee (paypal payment fee, etc)

• Client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is cancelled/refunded during the work process.

• Draft/sketch > cleanup/lineart > base colour > shading > polishing > finish

• Please do not rush me. It is stated that the client needs to be patient when commissioning me.

• I do not work on the commission by going down the list, I jump between commissions which I can do best at that moment when I work.

• If I made a mistake during sketch stage, please point it out so that I may fix it. No changes are allowed after sketch approval, if the client insists, additional fee will be charged.

• I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something.

• Changing character(s) after I start with your commission is not available. If you insist, you will have to pay extra.

• Please note that I have a certain style and will not change it or emulate another artist's style.

• Feel free to ask for work update/WIPs.

• It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide specific details of the character that should not be missed.

• I only work with illustrated + coloured references. I do not accept descriptions as reference.

• It is the client's responsibility to save all artwork as I clear out my download links frequently.

• As the artist, I (DumplingYumYum) have the full right to the commissioned artwork.

• All commissioned work are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The client may NOT:

• redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.

• under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

• claim credit towards ownership of the commissioned artwork.

• edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.
